CHALLENGE MONTH.

COVID-19 has thrown too many of us off our game. But summer is here, and it’s your chance to get back into shape.

Introducing PUSH THE LIMITS, St. Michael’s Summer Challenge. It’s a really fun way to team up with your family, friends or colleagues for a great cause.

It’s easy. Register as a team or as an individual and set a physical activity and fundraising goal for yourself. Walk, run, cycle, do yoga, swim, kayak, or do a combination of your favourite activities – and track the hours you’re active. No matter what your starting point, challenge yourself to build your fitness. Let us know how many hours of activity you did over the month to claim your medal!

FUNDRAISE.

Ask family, friends, and colleagues to cheer you on by sponsoring you. With every dollar you raise, you’re helping St. Michael’s Hospital take health care to the next level. The suggested fundraising minimum is $125.

WIN PRIZES.

Raise $125 and you get a St. Michael’s athletic headband.
Weekly prizes awarded for the top 3 fundraisers.
Grand prize awarded to the overall top 3 fundraisers.

We’ll send you tips from St. Michael’s medical experts on exercise and heart health, injury prevention and recovery, nutrition and more. You’ll also receive tips to maximize your fundraising efforts and impact for St. Michael’s Hospital.
